In my Typography 2 course, students were tasked with creating an infographic poster on a personal interest. For my project, I chose the topic of deforestation and created visually compelling graphs. I experimented with typography placement, text sizes, and overall arrangement, diving deep into type composition.

Deforestation continues to be a major global issue, driven by agriculture, urban expansion, and illegal logging, leading to habitat loss, biodiversity decline, and increased carbon emissions. Despite conservation efforts, forests are disappearing at an alarming rate, threatening ecosystems and exacerbating climate change.

Created a country data poster on Cyprus, gathering and analyzing various datasets to visually represent key information about the country. I then designed and stylized charts, maps, and graphics to visually communicate key economic, cultural, and geographical information. The poster uses a color palette inspired by the Cyprus flag which are orange and green, to create a cohesive and engaging visual experience.
